CritterPaws was created as a focal point for our personal activities with our "Love Your Pet" professional pet sitting,  "HealthyPetNet" business, EnviroTech Systems and Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.  In addition, we are also currently involved with the Somerset County "Animal Disaster Response Team" (SCADRT) recently started here in Somerset County, New Jersey.

    Both Lois and I are active participants in the Arabian Horse Association of NJ (AHANJ) where Lois is the current Secretary and we have been members for more than 15 years and on the board of directors for more than five years.  We have chaired various committees related to the promotion, advancement and showing of the Arabian Horse and participated in all of the activities sponsored by the AHANJ.  Lois shows in Western Pleasure as well as the Halter classes with her 14 yr old Arab mare.

    At home we have an active lifestyle with our "small" breeding program of German - American stock Rottweilers.   Apollo, our 5 yr old male is a romping stomping 185 lbs of shear muscle.  His mother, Sonja Mariah (Sunny) is also of the same stock and is 138 lbs.  In addition to the dogs, we also have 8-10 outside cats (depending on who is doing the counting), and one inside cat (Pepper), one love bird and  and one blue fronted Amazon.  Although I wish we had the property to keep our Arabian horse Wind Dell at home, we currently board her with our long time friend and trainer Rhonda Wright at her training and boarding facility in New Hope, PA.
